Senior Athletics Carnival

It was a beautiful day last Tuesday for our Senior School Athletics Carnival. Senior School students enjoyed a day of competition in track and field at the Ridge. Use the link below to check out the amazing video summary of the day!

Band Gold Coast Tour Fundraiser

Last Thursday night, students performed at the Inaburra Music Faculty's Gold Coast Fundraiser Concert, featuring students from both the Junior and Senior School. Inaburra's community has a lot of hard-working, talented students and last night gave them an opportunity to absolutely shine.

The music program at the school aims to provide both depth and breath in musical experiences and opportunities, starting in the younger years and developing through to the Senior ensembles - last night was a snapshot of that journey.

Thank you to the music staff who weekly invest in these students and give of their time and expertise.

Thank you to the parents and families who support the students in their musical pursuits.

CIS Football Cup Girls Quarter Finals

A massive effort from our Open Girls Football team in Week 5 in the CIS cup quarter-finals. Up against a gun sports high school team, our girls fought hard all the way and gave them their toughest match of the tournament. We were unlucky to be beaten but we won on attitude. So proud of the girls.

Big Band Blast!

Inaburra Stage Bands have been attending the Big Band Blast, Australia's ultimate Big Band festival, in Port Macquarie last weekend. The conference included performances by up to 40 participating big bands across 4 stages, jam sessions, workshops with guest clinicians, feature performances by premier guest bands, a crazy street parade, and concert night with special guest performers. Our students did workshops with both John Hoffman and Ed Wilson, and pulled off some great sets on Big Band stage.

Dean's Jet Ski Success!

Dean in Year 10 is now the official Australian Juniors Jet Ski Champion for 2019!

In April this year, Dean competed in the Austrian Jet Ski Nationals for 2019, where we are proud to say he came home as the Junior Australian Champion 2019. He also brought home the NSW title and second in the QLD titles.

Over the course of the season, he has competed against current world champions and even managed to beat him in one of his races!
